Our network of wineries represents almost 100% of Italian wine producing regions. Before wines are added to our portfolio, they are blind tasted by our Sommelier panel; we then test market them in the Italian market, and, once confirmed that we have the right price-quality ratio, we include them in our international portfolio.
How many producers produce a Barolo? Are all Barolo good wines?
One of Wine O’ Clock’s main skills is to read behind the label; among hundreds of labels belonging to the same appellation our target is to select the best in quality and price through a multi testing process:
First step: Professional Test Wine O’ Clock Sommelier Team
Second step: Direct Consumer Test Wine O’ Clock Wine Store and Trattoria Arlati
Third step: Internal Market Test Italian Market Distribution
Final step: Wine is added to our international portfolio
